Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cirqonix 3D. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipments (Croatia)

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We ship within Croatia using Croatian Post (HP), GLS, or similar carriers. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

International Shipments (European Union)

We ship to EU member states. International orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to change shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that tracking may not be available for all shipping methods or destinations.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, natural disasters, or any other events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@cirqonix.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@cirqonix.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
